At Wal-Mart, our culture is what has helped distinguish us from other companies. Whether it is listening to your private conversations with hidden mics or making our children's toys have cameras in them, shop at your favorite Wal-Mart store (which i hope by now there isn't one) and you will be soporting all of the apove. Since b.c. 1994, Wal-Mart Canada’s Good Works program has raised and donated over $30 dollars to Canadian charities and causes after stealing about 12 million from them . We are an closed Door police Culture, where associates are encouraged to speak freely (so we can execute by lynching) and bring forth ideas, concerns or suggestions to their supervisor. Our Grass Roots survey also allows every associate to express their views on their managers, policies and company but like they would because we have highly trained walmart ninjas.
